Religious Services - Our Director of Recreation arranges regular visits from clergy of all denominations to meet with our residents. Scheduled religious services are listed in our monthly calendar, which is provided to all residents and posted in our common areas. You are also welcome to invite clergy from your house of worship to visit with us at any time.

Mailbox and Postal Service - The art of letter-writing is alive and well at Whispering Knoll! Staying in touch with friends and family is very important to our assisted living residents. We make it easy with our own in-house post office, where you can send and receive mail through the US Postal Service. When you move in, you'll receive keys to your own personal mailbox. Stamps are available for purchase in the gift shop.

Personal laundry - Assisted living residents are welcome to use our laundry facilities for their personal items. Washers, dryers and detergent are all available free of charge. If you prefer to take advantage of our convenient personal laundry services, a small charge will be added to your monthly bill.

Telephone - You can make arrangements for telephone service in your suite directly with the local telephone company. If you need assistance, our concierge or Director of Community Relations would be happy to help. The phone company will mail all bills for telephone service directly to you or your designated responsible party.

Visitors - At Whispering Knoll, we understand the importance of maintaining ties to family and friends. Visitors are welcome anytime, and ample parking is available right in front of our building. You are also welcome to invite your guests to stay overnight at your apartment whenever they visit. We ask that all visitors to Whispering Knoll comply with our rules and regulations and be respectful of other residents. When planning for overnight guests, please notify the concierge or Director of Community Relations at least 24 hours in advance, if possible.

Special Services - Is it your granddaughter's high school graduation? Your son's birthday? Or maybe you've just been missing a favorite friend from your old neighborhood. Even when you're far away from the people you care about, Whispering Knoll can help you to feel close to them with a caring gesture. Whatever the occasion, we can help you remember that special someone with a bouquet of flowers or a gift certificate to their favorite store. Our concierge is also happy to arrange for any other special requests you might have.
